* Photos or videos when you get through customs. The operator reserves the right to refuse the service and no refunds will be given
Know in advance:
* For options 2, 3 and 4, if you're a solo traveller you need to select the "Participant" ticket option
* Full name, flight arrival/departure details and time, passport details, and number of all passengers are needed for this service, please indicate them at check-out
* Fast Track is available from 06.00 to 23.59 only (flight arrive or depart time)
* Infant aged between 14 days old and 9 years old on the travel date travel free when accompanied by a paying adult
* All passengers aged 10 and over must pay fast track in advance. In case of any additional passengers arriving at the airport, the service will be cancelled with no refund
* For Option 2 and 4, please note that the buggy cannot operate if your flight arrives at SAT1 New Terminal or Bus Gate as per the airport condition without prior notice. A partial refund of buggy will be evaluated case by case
* For options that include hotel transfer, you're allowed one piece of luggage and one carry-on per person
* Immigration may ask to see your hotel information or your return ticket

* Infants under 2 years old require an original birth certificate or passport
