Minors (6-12 years old) must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. For your safety and the proper functioning of our equipment, participants must not exceed 110 kg (242 lbs). This limit is strictly enforced by our equipment manufacturer and for operational safety. Participants should be in good physical health and free from any medical conditions that could be aggravated by physical exertion or heights. This tour is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, back or neck problems, osteoporosis, recent surgeries, or severe fear of heights. You must be able to walk short distances over uneven terrain and stand for periods. Loose items such as phones, cameras (unless securely tethered), wallets, and keys should be left at your hotels. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. No backpacks or large bags are permitted on the course. No selfie sticks or drones are allowed during the zipline activity for safety reasons. No flip-flops, sandals, or open-toed footwear are allowed. No personal alcohol or drugs are allowed. Guests who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted to participate for their safety and the safety of others, and no refund will be issued. All participants must follow the instructions of our trained guides at all times. Failure to do so may result in removal from the tour without a refund. In the unlikely event of a tour cancellation, you will be notified in advance, and we will offer the choice of an alternative date, a different tour, or a full reimbursement
