Important information
Not allowed:
* No guest under the age of 18 will be given a bike without an adult over the age of 18 present
Know in advance:
* All guests must be able to ride a bicycle on their own
* Toddler trailers (must be at least 1 year of age and under 40 lbs) and tag-a-long attachments for young children are available. Please select a child ticket at checkout
* Store hours: November to March: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, April to October: 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Remember to bring:
* Please bring along a valid identification and credit card with you, as these will be needed for security upon check-in for your rentals
* Please download the Unlimited Biking app and create an account. Tap Reservation Finder and enter your reservation number and reservation date to link it to your account. Enter your contact details, sign the waiver, and add a payment card. Completing the waiver qualifies you for Fast Track service, allowing priority check-in at the store.
