* Refunds will not be issued if the activity is missed due to late or non-arrival at the boat
* Please park and arrive in a timely manner. It's advised that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to departure as traffic will be heavy across Miami
* Parking will be very limited around Bayside Marketplace and parking lots will close once full. It is recommended that guests take public transportation or Ubers/taxis to Bayside Marketplace
* The activity provider reserves the right to refuse service to those who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, you cannot board the cruise, you will not be entitled to a refund
