Your visit to the NASA Kennedy Space Center begins with a bang. During the ride, your tour guide will explain the facility and give you lots of tips to ensure you have the best day possible. Upon arrival, at first, it's recommended to take some time to visit the world’s most comprehensive attraction—the Space Shuttle Atlantis—a NASA icon. With more than 60 interactive, touch-screen experiences and high-tech simulators, guests are sure to have an out-of-this-world experience!After Space Shuttle Atlantis, you can explore the Heroes and Legends exhibit, or relax in the IMAX theatre, and catch one of the two films. You'll then begin a two-hour Explore bus tour, which takes you way beyond the regular bus tour through the NASA grounds.Don't forget to take a closer look at restricted areas such as launch pads and the Vehicle Assembly Building, it's the perfect opportunity to snap some photos.

* Hard-side coolers, luggage or other large bags, firearms of any type, ammunition, pepper/mace sprays, knives, box cutters or like items, daggers and similar edged weapons, laser pointers, large beach-type umbrellas, on-property cooking or grilling items and any other sharp/pointed items are not permitted at the KSC Complex
* Guests must note that The Visitor Complex has magnetometers similar to an airport. Please be prepared to have your personal items inspected
* The Kennedy Space Center is continuing to operate with added health and safety measures. These include deep sanitization on vehicles daily, cleaning of high touchpoints multiple times a day, and hand sanitizer available for all guests.
