The One World Observatory at Freedom Tower offers expansive 360-degree views in all directions of New York City. * If traveling with a child 5 and under, please visit the guest services desk to collect a free ticket for your child. Everyone is required to have a ticket to visit the observation deck
* The standard ticketallows you to skip the hassle of the box office line. Depending on how crowded it is, there might be some waiting to get up to the top
* In case of bad visibility the location will be closed, the ticket is not refundable, but you can exchange it for a new one to use on a day with better weather conditions
