* Please be advised that your C3 ticket allows a one-time general admission entry to the Empire State Building
* Your CityPASS tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days beginning with the first day of use and expire one year from purchase date
* Your ticket can be used up to 1 year from the date of purchase
* You can request a refund within 365 days of purchase if you have not already redeemed your ticket. If you have redeemed your ticket, no refund will be allowed
