In the rare situation where the tour organizer is forced to cancel the event due to inclement/unsafe weather based on recommendations from the Mayor of NYC, ticket-holders can reschedule to another day (subject to availability), receive a gift card (that never expires) or can receive a full refund. In case this happens, please contact the tour organizer as soon as possible
* The tour includes 3 seated tastings and 3 on-the-go tastings, tastings vary based on day of the week and tour times
* It's recommended to wear comfortable clothing and good walking shoes, and to bring umbrellas on rainy days, warm layers on cold days, cool clothing on hot days, and your own reusable water bottle
* During the tour you will taste enough food that, for most people, lunch afterwards is not needed
* Please remember that guide gratuity is not included in the price. It's suggested to calculate customary 18-20% of the tour cost to be paid
