Important information
Accessibility:
* Pregnant women are not permitted to participate
* This tour is not recommended for anyone with back, neck, heart, respiratory issues, or osteoporosis or any other injuries
Not allowed:
* The minimum height for this tour is 40" (101 cm). Children will be measured on-site, and those who do not meet the requirements will not be permitted to ride
Know in advance:
* Tours operate rain or shine
* Kindly note that you do not get to see Niagara Falls from this tour
* Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time. Any rescheduling within 24 hours of your booked trip departure will be subject to an additional 10% rebooking fee (this includes moving you to another trip time due to late arrival)
* Guests under 18 years old are not permitted to ride without an adult chaperone (age 18+)
* To help protect employees and guests, you'll be required to wear a mask that covers the mouth and nose at all times while on-site. If you do not have one, the local supplier has them available for purchase at the registration desk
