Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness. Does not include any food. During the call our office staff will review check in procedures of the day to help limit the time spent inside our office. This may include signing e-waivers for everyone and paying for any wetsuit rentals in advance. . You will be getting soaked on this trip. So wear items of clothes that are not made of cotton, synthetic clothes are best!
