Where you'll meet
We pick up/drop off customers at cruise docks of Halong city, customers must go to cruise docks by themselves at 11:00-11:30 AM
We pick up/drop off customers at hotels/places in Hanoi's Old Quarter area at 8:00-8:30 AM
We pick up/drop off customers at cruise docks of Hai Phong city, customers must go to cruise docks by themselves fro Cat Ba island or we can arrange a car to cruise dock and customers must pay extra fee.
Option 1: If you're in Hanoi, please inform your hotel address. Our drivers will pick you up at 8:00 - 8:30 AM on the arrival day.
Option 2: If you're already in Halong, please make sure to arrive at No. 12 Tuan Chau International Port between 11:30 - 12:00 noon.
Option 3: If none of the above options, let me know your location & address.
