* Late/early surcharge from 22:00 to 5:00: 9/11/11 USD for Car/Van/Bus

* Each passenger is allowed to have one 24-inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it
* Driver is Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
* At checkout, please indicate your pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers)
* Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes; for domestic flights is 60 minutes; for train station/bus station/hotel is 30 minutes
