* Each passenger is allowed to have one 60cm (56cm x 28cm x 23cm) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge
* The driver is Vietnamese-speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)
* The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
* Please provide pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), and year of birth (all passengers)
* Waiting time for international flights is 90 minutes. For domestic flights, 60 minutes. For train station/bus station/hotel - 30 minutes
