Please note, guests will be required to complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This document will be sent by the property after the booking has been made and will request a valid drivers license or passport. Please note that a credit card pre-authorisation of AUD 500 is required upon check in. Please note Villa Waratah does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note housekeeping services are only offered for stays of 10 nights or more. Please note that all Villas are individually furnished and the photos are presented as a guide only. A security deposit of AUD 500 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
