The house is located on Ponta Negra Beach, a meeting place for many tourists and locals who want to enjoy a great swim in the sea and a beautiful view of Morro do Careca (the city's main tourist attraction). Ponta Negra Beach also has a long stretch of sand suitable for tents, walking, sports and family fun. The house has an incredible leisure area with a barbecue, swimming pool and sand court, allowing for the practice of sports such as beach tennis, footvolley and volleyball. A highly pleasant space for guests who want to have a good time with family and friends. The house has a full kitchen, living room, dining room, garage for up to 6 cars, 4 bedrooms (3 suites) and a large leisure area. The property has its own Wi-Fi and is divided into 2 floors: ground floor and first floor. Ground floor: - Living room; - Dining room (a table with 6 chairs); - A toilet; - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, electric oven and water filter. - Leisure area with swimming pool, sand court, barbecue and ample space for socializing; First floor: - Hall with television and sofa bed; - 3 suites, all with a double bed, a single mattress and air conditioning. One of them has a balcony and in the other, in addition to the double bed and mattress, we have another single bed and another single mattress; - 1 bedroom with a double bed, a single bunk bed, a single mattress, closet and air conditioning. We have available: Bedding sets, face towels (1 per bathroom) and body towels for all guests (1 per guest), floor cloths, dish towels, broom, squeegee and cleaning supplies. Note: the rental price does not allow events to be held.
