A diverse selection of shopping and entertainment venues as well as restaurants, bars and boutiques are to be found a few paces from the complex as is the wide sandy local beach (250 m along a footpath). Links to the public transport network (public bus stop) are to be found just 100 m from the hotel.

This holiday complex was completely renovated in 2004 and comprises 49 apartments spread over 7 floors. Facilities include a reception area with a safe, a currency exchange bureau and a lift as well as a small supermarket, a newspaper stand, a shop, a games room and a hairdresser's salon. Dining options include a café, a bar and a restaurant with highchairs for infants and medical assistance as well as room and laundry services may be taken advantage of. A car park and garage facilities are to be found outside of the hotel and there is also a bicycle storage facilities.

The light, tastefully fitted apartments each come with a bathroom, a combined bedroom/ lounge, a separate bedroom, a kitchenette with a fridge and a balcony or terrace. Furthermore, each apartment features satellite TV and central heating.

There is a swimming pool and a sun terrace in the outdoor complex and it is possible to play table tennis and minigolf. The nearest golf course is about 1 km from the complex.
