Parador de Alcañiz

The hotel sits on the summit of the Pui-Pinos Hill, at whose feet the city of Alcañiz extends, with its porticoes and narrow balcony-lined streets with mediaeval charms. There is a bus station about 500 m from the hotel. Alcañiz is 105 km from Zaragoza, 65 km from Morella and 155 km from Teruel.

The hotel is housed in a medieval castle that became the seat of the Order of Calatrava in 1179, and where the original resolution of the Compromise of Caspe was made.
