The boutique hotel stands in the heart of the old quarter of Palma on one of the city's oldest streets nestled between two important historic buildings: the Church of Sant Jaume and Santa Magdalena Convent. Both are examples of fifteenth-century Gothic architecture still preserved on the island.

The hotel occupies a house dating from the eighteenth century. On the ground floor, you will find the reception, hallway, lobby, restaurant, cocktail lounge and spa. The hotel rooms are on the third storeys above it. The fourth floor provides a sundeck with a plunge pool, designer loungers, showers and stunning views of the old quarter and the Cathedral. From here our guests can marvel at life in Palma from up high.
The hotel is not far from Paseo del Borne, the city's best and most luxurious shopping area, and a five-minute walk from the Paseo Marítimo promenade. The hotel's prime location is undoubtedly one of its main attractions.
