Habitat Apartments Latina are very modern and stylish apartments to stay offering three 2-bedroom and two 1-bedroom apartments , ideally located in La Latina district in the heart of MadridGuests are kindly requested to contact the property upon arrival in city by using the telephone number on the booking confirmation. Staff will then direct guests to the property. Please note that late arrivals or arrivals outside the normal reception opening times are subject to a surcharge. For arrivals from 20:00 to 00:00 there is an additional charge of EUR 30. For arrivals later than 00:00 there is a surcharge of EUR 50. For arrival delays of 1 hour without prior notice, there is an extra charge of EUR 15. Please note that 30% of the total amount is charged on the day of booking.
