Apartamentos Barbarroja

Barbarroja Apartments is a holiday complex of 12 flats divided into ground floor and first floor. The flats have been carefully decorated in a typical island style, where white colours and wood predominate, with an elegant interior design. They are comfortable and comfortable, and are well equipped for holiday stays, comfortably accommodating a maximum of 3 people.

They all consist of a spacious living room furnished with a comfortable single sofa bed and a central table. They have air conditioning, TV and Wifi internet connection. The kitchen is integrated in the living room, is very functional and equipped with everything you need for a holiday stay: fridge, cooker with butane gas oven and kitchen utensils.

The flats have a double room with two single beds. The room is very luminous, with a well cared decoration, creating a cosy and elegant atmosphere.

They have a bathroom with bathtub and a private terrace with outdoor furniture.

The apartment complex has a communal swimming pool, with a children's area, which provides a refreshing touch to the hot summer days on the island, as an alternative to the beautiful beaches of Formentera.

The solarium area has outdoor sun loungers around the pool, creating a great atmosphere to while away the hours with a good book or simply relax while contemplating the sunny days and the calm of Formentera.

The Barbarroja restaurant is not open during the 2023 season.

Barbarroja Apartments, with a quiet family atmosphere, is ideal for the tourist who wishes to be away from the tourist centre but at the same time a few metres from urban centres such as Ca Marí, located 100 metres from the flats. Barbarroja Apartments are located 100 metres from the urbanisation of Ca Marí, a quiet tourist area of the island, at a distance of 300 metres from Playa de Migjorn: the beautiful beach of Ca Marí is only a three minute walk away.

The access to the flats by road is easy following the detours to Ca Marí. In Ca Marí you will find a large number of tourist services: quality bars and restaurants to enjoy with friends and family, souvenir shops, supermarkets, car hire and water sports rentals.

The nearest village is Sant Ferran de Ses Roques, located 2.5 km from the flats (3 minutes by car or motorbike). From the port and once past Sant Francesc, Sant Ferran is the obligatory stop-off point to go to La Mola or Es Pujols. It is a village that offers a wide variety of services: shops of all kinds, fashion shops, souvenir shops, banks, bars and restaurants.

Sant Ferran has a wide range of nightlife, and preserves places with an authentic hippie atmosphere that have not changed over time. In the village square, live music performances are organised every Friday, which liven up the summer evenings in a quiet and festive atmosphere for the enjoyment of residents and travellers alike.
