The business hotel is the first one that was ever built in Agrinio city and the surrounding areas. The last renovation took place in 2009 and changed the establishment into a small boutique city hotel that offers a total of 33 rooms. The modern atmosphere, the colours, brightness, the quality of the services and the hospitability are only some of the establishments strengths. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Additional facilities include a hotel safe, currency exchange, cloakroom, lift access, a games room, TV room, childrens playground and a café, bar and restaurant. The hotel also offers a business centre and a conference room, an Internet corner, room service and a laundry service. Bicycle hire is also offered, and those arriving by car may leave their vehicle in the hotel car park.

The hotel is located in the main square and the most historic area of the city. The big pedestrian street is next to the commercial and shopping centre of the city. The nearest metro station is around 150 m from the hotel, and there are further public transport connections around 2 km away. The biggest lake in Greece is just 10 km away, and the historical town of Messolonghi is only 30 km away.

All guest rooms are stylish, modern and bright. Almost all offer perfect views over the citys main square. All have a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
