Le Coltie' is the result of the renovation of a small housing complex for tourism purposes and has been designed with the utmost respect for the architectural types and construction characteristics. Great attention has been paid to creating excellent living solutions, giving priority to space to make you feel at home. For this reason, we have excluded, a priori, the one-room apartment type, opting, in contrast, for large, comfortable, well-equipped accommodation that can be lived in all year round.Six residential buildings for holiday or business stays. Residenze Le Coltie offers Comfort Rooms, Two-roomed, Three-roomed and Four-roomed apartments with all facilities. COMFORT ROOMS Located on the first and second floors of the Gorgona Building. They consist of a twin or double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV and Wi-Fi connection and a small terrace. TWO-ROOM APARTMENT Located on the first and second floor of the Gorgona Building. They are composed of a twin or double bedroom, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, Wi-Fi connection and small terrace. THREE-ROOM APARTMENT Located in the Giglio and Montecristo buildings on the first and second floor without lift. They have two double bedrooms, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, air conditioning, TV, microwave, washing machine, fridge with freezer, some with balcony. Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
