Immersed in the Tuscan countryside Fattoria Lavacchio is an organic farm set on a hill 4.3 mi from Pontassieve 12 mi from Florence and a 1-hour drive from Greve in Chianti. It offers a restaurant outdoor pool along with rustic rooms and self-catering apartments. Our characteristic Tuscan restaurant is available on the Estate. During the seasons from March to October it is open 6 days a week. During off seasons from November to February it is open on weekends. Traditional farming methods are used to produce wine olive oil flour and vegetables at Agriturismo Fattoria Lavacchio. The Bottega del Mulino has a terrace overlooking the vineyards and serves local specialties prepared from the farm's own produce. Set in 2 separate buildings all accommodations has simple rural furnishings and terracotta floors. Each comes with a tea/coffee maker LCD TV and private bathroom. Apartments feature a fireplace and fully equipped kitchenette. Cookery classes wine tasting and pottery courses are just some of the activities offered by this agriturismo.
