The Condominium is modern and well maintained, set on a hillside in a quiet peaceful location.This convenient apartment includes a king size bed, desk and closet, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning for your convenience. The living room has a seating area and a TV with international channels. Private Wi-Fi is available for working online or streaming.One extra person can sleep on a couch in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.The bathroom is en-suite and has a large walk-in shower, sink with a cabinet, hairdryer and handcrafted amenities from Chiang Mai. We will provide bath/beach towels for you on arrival as well. The kitchen is well equipped with cutlery and dishware, which makes it a perfect holiday home! There is a laundry room (coin operated) in the building too. The Emerald Terrace Resort provides 24hr security, CCTV cameras and smoke alarm systems. The staff at the reception can arrange motorbike or car rentals, as well as provide information or special services such as laundry, transport, tickets and tours.Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance. Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
