Hotel Policies:

Age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in

Identification and Credit Cards: Guests are required to show a physical government or state issued ID and credit card upon check-in

Packages: The property can receive up to 2 medium-size guest packages free of charge prior to the guest arrival. Additional or oversize packages will incur a USD $25 storage fee per package. Packages received while the guest is checked in will not incur a storage fee

Parking: Parking fees are $18 per night for the first vehicle and $20 per night for a second vehicle. Parking fees are collected at the time of check-in.

Renovations: This property is undergoing renovations from September 2022 to September 2023 (completion date subject to change). During renovations, the hotel will make every effort to minimize noise and disturbance

Security Deposit: A security deposit of $200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card or debit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 business days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card or debit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
