We are 1 mile from the town of Fraser, 3 miles from downtown Winter Park, and just 15 minutes from Winter Park Resort.Club Meadow Ridge includes handicap accessible facility with two outdoor spas and an outdoor heated pool which are open all year 'round, outdoor tennis courts, basketball and pickleball! Inside there are two racquetball courts where you can also play basketball and volleyball. There is a workout room - minimum 16 years of age - that includes weight machines, free weights and cardio equipment.CLUB MEADOWRIDGE is OPEN (due to social distancing guidelines this is subject to change and not guaranteed at this time) 10:00 A.M-6:00 P.M. by reservation only starting at the top of the hour. Please call 970-726-7944 to reserve one 50 minute time slot per day, per condo for the tennis courts, pool, hot tubs, fitness area or racquetball courts (steam room is not open at this time). Upon entering the Clubhouse we have a COVID-19 release form for you to read and sign.All guests (including children over 2) must: wear masks in the Clubhouse, bring their own equipment and towels.This 3 bedroom townhouse is located in Fraser and offers plenty of space for everyone. Relax by the fireplace in the open living room, kitchen, and dining area or enjoy the view from your private deck. The Master Suite on the main level has a queen bed. The bunk room has 2 twin over twin bunk beds, with it's own bathroom. Upstairs loft has a king bed, with its own private bathroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen to prepare your favorite meal. Home includes a stack-able washer and dryer. There is a gas grill provided for the perfect BBQ. Jump on the FREE shuttle to avoid parking at the resort, downtown Winter Park or downtown Fraser. There is dedicated wifi provided by XFiniti.WINTER PARK RESORT UPDATE: For the 2020/21 Winter season, all lift tickets must be purchased online, 48 hours in advance. Lift tickets will not be available on-site at the ticket window this season. Be sure to purchase a lift ticket for each day you plan to ski as multi-day lift tickets are not available. We recommend you have tickets at same time you book your property. For non-covid related reservation protection please check out our Travel Insurance plans.Please let us know if you have any further questions.What to be aware of:- Loft area is open room with a King bed and en suite bathroom but may hear noise from living areaÂ-During summer the unit can get somewhat warm. During your stay keep blinds and windows closed during the day to keep heat out; and open the house up as the sun goes down to cool off. During the winter please keep the heat set to 60 degrees when you are not in the unit, set to 50 degrees when leaving.-Please do not bring ski’s, ski boots, or snowboards into the home. There is a ski locker located outside by the front door. You may use this; the key is in the unit hanging on the wall in the kitchen.
