Urban Hostel Palma – Youth Hostel Located in the heart of Santa Catalina, one of the liveliest areas of Palma de Mallorca, Urban Hostel offers you the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable stay on the most beautiful island in the Mediterranean. Surrounded by bars, restaurants, local shops and tourist attractions such as the cathedral, Es Baluard and Bellver Castle, our hostel is the ideal starting point for exploring the city. FREE BREAKFAST All rooms and common areas have air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. We have mixed rooms and a female-only room. Each bed has a drawer/locker assigned at check-in. Guests must bring their own padlock or can purchase one at reception for €3 (cash only). Important: When making a reservation, you are booking a bed within a room category, not a specific room. Therefore, even if you reserve multiple beds within the same category, we cannot guarantee that all beds will be located in the same room, as we have multiple rooms of the same type available. The only exception is the Double Room, which has a maximum occupancy of two guests. When booking this room type, both guests will be accommodated together in the same room. Showers and toilets are shared, with locks for privacy. Towel rental is €3 (cash only). We do not have space for bicycles or scooters. Important: Guests over the age of 30 must purchase a Welcome Pass for a one-time fee of €2.50. Reception: 8 a.m. to 3:30 a.m. Rooms available from 3 p.m. (online check-in must be completed prior to arrival). Urban Hostel Palma Policies and Conditions: Free cancellation policy: free up to 7 days before arrival. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged. NON-REFUNDABLE RATE: no changes or refunds allowed. All reservations will be charged to the card provided 7 days prior to arrival.
