El Mirador de Almanzor

El Mirador de Almanzor is a restored 15th-century country house set in Calatañazor. It offers a beautiful setting with a garden, an à la carte restaurant and charming rooms. Offering views of Calatañazor Castle and the surrounding valley, the rooms at El Mirador de Almanzor feature a bed with a canopy, beamed ceilings, exposed stone walls and wooden floors. All rooms have heating, a desk and a private bathroom. The pretty dining room has a fireplace and there is also a shared lounge with a library. The restaurant is set in an annexe building 100 metres away, where there is also a terrace. Cañón del Río Lobos Nature Reserve is 30 minutes’ drive from the Mirador. Local sights include Gormaz and Berlanga castles and La Laguna Negra Lake. The surrounding valley is ideal for hiking and cycling.
