History buffs welcome: Congress Hall has overlooked the Atlantic Ocean, in the town of Cape May, New Jersey, for over 200 years. Once known as "The Summer White House," Congress Hall has been a welcome retreat to many throughout the centuries. Known as America's first seaside resort, the historical 19th century hotel offers 106 guestrooms, including newly renovated Junior Suites, each one individually named for the U.S. presidents or dignitaries who spent their summers there.
