We are charming!As you enter the downstairs apartment, you are welcomed by a fully stocked kitchenette, living area, bedroom and full bathroom. The guest living quarters have a king size bed and a queen pull out sleeper sofa. The bedroom and living areas have flat screen TVs. This little apartment is sunny and bright and has its own access to the pool area.The second floor in the main house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a comfy king bed, 55" flat screen TV, full size private bath and private access to the balcony overlooking the pool. Get your morning coffee serenity here! The second guest bedroom also has a king bed, large flat screen TV and shares a bathroom with the bunk room across the way. The third guest bedroom has twin bunk beds with a trundle underneath and a flat screen TV.The main living area is a vast expanse and offers open floor plan living. Enjoy The Pink Palm's large sofa while you kick back and watch your favorite shows on the 75" flat screen TV. Enjoy the Time Warner Cable DVR which includes HBO and Showtime, and wireless Sonos surround sound, which also extends to the whole house.Just off the living room is the dining table that seats 8 with an additional 4 at the breakfast bar. Your fully equipped kitchen is just over the breakfast counter from the dining area.Right off the master bedroom and bunk room is access to the back deck, overlooking the tropical pool with fountain. This yard is truly an oasis.*Free Golf Cart with short term rentals only. Additional $100 per week for long term rentals (14 days or more).
