The Gunter Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk

The Gunter Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk San Antonio is located in downtown San Antonio and across the street from the scenic San Antonio River Walk. After undergoing a $50 million renovation, the new iteration of the 116 year old hotel is modernized with new bathrooms, mid-century inspired fixtures, rich color palates and more. As a nod to Blues legend Robert Johnson, who recorded his first album at the hotel in 1936, each room is equipped with a record player and a copy of his first record. The hotel also features a vinyl library in the lobby that guests can take advantage of during their stay. Guests can begin the day with a morning workout in the fitness center, or take a refreshing swim in the heated pool.
