Amazing Enosafari in Montefalco

An unforgettable experience in the vineyard to discover Sagrantino and to capture all the secrets of famous Umbrian wines among the barrels. The visit includes a brief winery introduction and a jeep tour among the vineyards surrounding the winery. You will walk through the barrels to see how the Sagrantino wine is produced and then you will experience a wine tasting paired with Umbrian food.You will be delighted by a tasty Montefalco DOC Grechetto accompanied by a selection of cheeses and jams to continue with the Rosé IGT Umbria, tasting the true flavor of Umbrian truffles. You will also sample Montefalco DOC Red accompanied by typical Umbrian salami and then the Sagrantino DOCG which expresses all the power of tannin with “Porcaccia”, crispy meat (steak of the pork neck) cooked on the grill. The experience ends with the best meditation wine: the Sagrantino DOC Passito with the typical Umbrian sweets "Tozzetti".
